Standard
Our standard return air frames are available in six unique sizes to match whatever type of return air grille you prefer.
Leave the labor of creating sheet metal frames in the past. Grab a bag of our standard return air frames, pair them with our Thermopan, and get your rough-ins done quicker.
The frames come as a double, like the photo here, and are easily snapped in half. The full-size frame is 30” wide and snapped in half. The frames are either 12” or 14” wide, depending on the model you choose.
Windowed
Clear tape closes the return air frame and serves a couple of purposes.
Firstly, the clear tape grabs any dirt and debris during construction, so when the rough-in stage is complete you have a clean return air system.
Secondly, these windowed return air frames are PERFECT for your blower door or duct blower tests as the clear tape allows no air flow. Save time prepping for those tests.
When you are ready, the clear tape is easy to remove.
Filtered
Similar to our windowed version, the filtered frames are designed to keep your return air system clean.
A simple black filter allows clean air flow. The filter can be left attached after construction is complete to help homeowners keep their system clean long-term.
